A-metodik supported Talga with project management and on-site construction management for the trial mining of graphite in 2021 and 2022 in Niska, in the Vittangi area in Sweden.

The work was performed in the summer and during the two periods, a total of 25,000 tonnes of graphite was mined. The project management was responsible for e.g. management of finances and timetable for the work, as well as procurement of contractors (including production of contract documents). In the procurement of contractors, it was ensured that laws and requirements according to the current environmental permit for test mining were followed.

On-site construction management handled safety and work environment issues, as well as control of the contractor's progress on a day-to-day basis. Construction management was provided in collaboration with IMS Sweden.
